The project consisted of a complete external refurbishment and facelift of 2 No blocks of 1980s factory units to give a modern appearance.

We repaired and painted the cladding and repaired the brickwork and overstained it.

Repaired and painted the windows, doors and roller shutter doors.

Cleaned and relined the car parks.
