We completed the property around mid 2020 for Mr & Mrs Somerville.

The property was totally gutted out and refurbished internally with new bathrooms, new kitchen, utility.

We also dug out the basement to make more ceiling height and then constructed and extension out to create guest accommodation and gym under a seated terrace off the kitchen.

We also terraced the garden create a patio/seating area, lower lawned are and a path down to the lower garden.

The garden green house was converted and extended out to create a garden office space and the garage above replaced with a new drive and electric entrance gate.
