The School House

We completed this one in 2021 for a Mr & Mrs Stretton

On this project, we totally gutter the place top to bottom, installed new bathrooms, kitchen and utility.

We also took down an old 70/80’s extension and replaced it with the double gabled kitchen/lounge extension.

We also installed all new external drainage, septic tank system and storm water soakaways to deal with flooding off the surrounding fields

We also demolished the old garage, repositioned it and constructed the Oak framed triple garage with accommodation above

With shower room, kitchenette and bedroom.

The gardens were all re-landscaped ( by their own landscape company)
