Fort Pendleton, Bridgnorth

Following this development having had a few companies try to redevelop this beautiful building into residential dwellings in the past and not succeeding we felt that this was a challenge we would love to be a part of with clients that we had been involved with over a number of years.

The first task was to strip out the properties to remove all of the previous poor workmanship and cheap fittings and fixtures. The next challenge was to assess the properties and see if the mechanical and electrical elements installed were correct and if not rectify them all and install new to meet the current standards and regulations.

Finally it was to sit down with the clients and the architects and make sure that all areas were going to feel light and airy, flow smoothly
and also get the full benefits of the River and golf course views to the rear.The apartments were then fully refurbished throughout with new kitchens, bathrooms, fittings, fixings, carpets, wooden flooring and then decorated throughout to enhance the high ceilings and large spacious rooms, which we feel the clients designed and instructed us perfectly.

The clients then went on to furnish the properties to place on the market and I think the pictures speak for themselves with the following success of the project being that we achieved a special mention award from Shropshire County Council for the project.
